Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
- Educate customers about their insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer the right products and services.
Requirements:
- Passion for marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and listening formats
- Friendly and people-oriented personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn and use computer functions
- Team player with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
