This sales-focused position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Auto and Home Insurance specialist, ensuring a seamless transition by scheduling post-sale appointments for the in-house service team.
- Proactively engage with agency-provided leads and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Cultivate referrals from new customers and expand business through personal and professional networks.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions within agency systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
- Operate in a fully sales-focused capacity; this role does not include servicing inbound customer inquiries or existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience required.
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Must maintain a professional and reliable home office environment (subject to approval).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $32,000 – $38,000, plus uncapped commission potential.

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
